The Office of the Registrar supports KCU students and graduates by maintaining academic records and assisting with official academic documentation. Students, graduates, employers, churches, and other organizations may also use KCU’s online verification system to confirm academic credentials issued by the University.

The Registrar maintains official student academic records and assists current students and graduates with questions regarding their academic history and program completion.

ACADEMIC RECORD VERIFICATIONEmployers, churches, educational institutions, and other organizations may verify academic credentials issued by KCU through our online verification system.

Request official KCU transcripts for educational, ministry, professional, or personal purposes. The Registrar can also assist with questions regarding transcript requests and delivery.
