ICCCC offers a progressive coaching credential pathway designed for Christian coaches who desire to grow in skill, experience, leadership, and professional recognition. Begin with foundational coach training and continue through advanced credential levels as your education and coaching experience grow.

ICCCC coaching credentials provide a progressive pathway for coaches to advance as their training, experience, and professional practice grow.
YOUR PATH TO AN ICCCC COACHING CREDENTIAL
Complete Your Training. Advance Your Credential.
ICCCC works with associated coaching schools that provide approved coaching education and training. Students may complete their coaching training through one of these associated schools and progress through the ICCCC coaching credential pathway from Professional Life Coach (PLC) to Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC).
ICCCC coaching membership is included with qualifying coaching tuition. There is no separate coaching membership fee.
LEVEL 1 | PROFESSIONAL LIFE COACH
PLC • Ruby Level • Associate Membership
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must provide documentation showing completion of a minimum of 30 student contact hours through an ICCCC-associated school or approved Professional Life Coach training program.
Credential Path
Upon approval, the applicant may receive the Professional Life Coach (PLC) credential and recognition at the Associate Membership / Ruby Level.
LEVEL 2 | PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALED COACH
PCC • Sapphire Level • Professional Membership
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have completed qualifying coach training and meet the requirements for the Professional Credentialed Coach level.
Credential Path
Candidates may complete their advanced coaching education through an ICCCC-associated school or qualify through an approved portfolio review pathway. Additional credentialing requirements may apply based on the candidate’s training and experience.
LEVEL 3 | MASTER CERTIFIED COACH
MCC • Emerald Level • Executive Membership
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have completed advanced qualifying coach training and demonstrate professional coaching experience appropriate for the Master Certified Coach credential.
Credential Path
Candidates may complete advanced coaching education through an ICCCC-associated school or qualify through an approved portfolio review pathway. Additional requirements may include documented coaching experience, mentoring, and credential evaluation based on the candidate’s training and professional experience.
