Kemuel Christian University offers Christ-centered coaching education designed to equip students with practical coaching skills, biblical foundations, and tools for personal, professional, and ministry leadership.
As an ICCCC-associated coaching school, KCU offers training pathways for all three coaching credential levels: Professional Life Coach (PLC), Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC), and Master Certified Coach (MCC).
LEVEL 2 | PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALED COACH
PCC • Psychology of Coaching
Go beyond foundational coaching skills to explore the psychology behind human behavior, recurring patterns, and the cycles that keep individuals feeling stuck. Learn to recognize these patterns and apply Christ-centered coaching strategies that help individuals develop greater self-awareness, overcome obstacles, and pursue meaningful, lasting change.
LEVEL 3 | MASTER CERTIFIED COACH
MCC • Advanced Biblical Coaching & Leadership
Explore the deeper dimensions of coaching through a biblical examination of influence, manipulation, and coaching techniques that conflict with Christian principles. Develop the discernment and leadership skills needed to guide others responsibly while preparing for opportunities to teach coaching through an ICCCC-associated school or pursue the establishment of your own coaching school through ICCCC.
Teaching and school-development opportunities are subject to ICCCC approval and applicable requirements.
